BnB

A family-friendly home away from home

Our guests, especially families with small children, appreciate the Vieux Chalet for the variety of communal spaces it offers and the freedom to feel at home, cook, eat and relax. Why not cook for yourself in the guest kitchen or BBQ on the terrace? Kids can let off steam in the indoor games room or out on the multisports court.

Get the day off to a good start

Our hearty buffet breakfast will set you up for the day's activities. Eggs and bacon cooked to order, a choice of cereals, freshly-baked bread from the local bakery, fruit, yogurt, cold meats and local cheese and honey. Eat on the terrace if the sun is shining or in front of the fire when it's chilly.

Enjoy a fondue in our beautiful dining room

Don't fancy eating out?  You have 4 options:

1. Use the induction plates or guest kitchen to cook your own food.

2. Purchase one of our organic fondue/raclette mixes made by our award winning local fromagerie and use our equipment to cook it yourself.

3. Take advantage of one of our special dining packages on holidays and weekends. (see below)

Help yourself to hot and cold drinks from our Honesty bar.

"The facilities, location and  activities for the kids were great, but the staff was even better. This is a family owned and run business and all of them were very friendly and attentive. It felt like someone bringing you into their home and making you part of the family." Alan, USA, Aug 2017

"The chalet is gorgeous, with spectacular views from the wrap-around balconies, colourful flower boxes, a huge kitchen and dining area, outdoor comfortable seating, and a BBQ and wood stove - and it is clean, homely and welcoming." Siobhan, UK, Aug 2017

"Super cosy place, feels like home... a fairytale environment." Daniela, Switzerland, Sept 2017

"A warm and simple welcome. Hats off for the self-service honesty bar, based on a model of trust which I wish more people adopted. An open-minded place, cosmopolitan... we're already looking forward to coming back next year." Aldjia, Switzerland, Aug 2017
